Return Policy We want you to love your tech — but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns are accepted within 15 calendar days of your order being delivered. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

• You must contact us at support@shopaivana.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending it back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

Please note: Due to hygiene and tech compatibility, worn or used audio devices (like smart glasses) are not eligible for return.
